Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

EU Shipping We offer Standard International shipping to all EU countries for £8.50. Orders over £50 qualify for free shipping.

Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days from dispatch.

Please note that during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer than expected.

Customs & Import Duties As Craft-topia is based in the United Kingdom, orders shipped to EU countries may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control these charges.
